Norwegian Singer Carina Dahl’s Car Left Damaged After Christmas Concert
Carina Dahl, a well-known Norwegian singer, experienced an unexpected incident after her Christmas concert in Selbu. As she was preparing to leave the venue, she discovered that her car had been severely damaged, with the driver’s side door Honolulu. The hitherto festive mood was dampened by this unwelcome discovery.
In an interview with Nidaros, Dahl expressed her disbelief and disappointment, "The car was parked against a wall, so it wasn’t an accident. You can see the dent in the door. It’s quite a damper on the good feeling after a fantastic evening."
Dahl, who is currently on a Christmas tour in Trøndelag, had just released her new single "Trenger deg nå" with Vidar Villa. Despite the incident, she remained optimistic, "Luckily, the car is still driveable, but it’s a shame that someone would do this."
She vented her frustration, "It’s just stupid. I don’t understand what pleasure one can get from doing this. I also don’t know if the perpetrator knew it was my car or was just drunk and looking for trouble."

Hoping for the culprit to come forward, Dahl said, "I hope they turn themselves in and take responsibility for their actions. It’s not acceptable to leave your car unattended outside a concert and expect it to remain unscathed."
Dahl has even offered a reward of 10,000 Norwegian Krone (NOK) for information leading to the identification of the person responsible. This is a cause close to her heart, and she is determined to see it through.

Dahl has also highlighted the importance of responsible behavior while under the influence of alcohol, especially when it comes to driving. She refers to her song "Uten dæ" for Trygg Trafikk, which emphasizes the dangers of drunk driving.
"Drunk driving and violence have no place in a celebration," Dahl said. "The damage to my car is just a reminder of the potential consequences of drunken decisions. I’m glad the incident didn’t escalate to something more serious."
