The house, valued at IDR 15 billion, is suspected to be linked to suspect Andreas Andreyanto. Notably, this residence is located near the ‘crazy rich’ Medan Indra Kenz estate, which was also raided by police.

Spanning a land area of 273 m² and built-up area of 369 m², the four-story modern contemporary-style house boasts an impressive range of features. The ground floor is dedicated to car parking, the second floor houses the living room and kitchen, while the third floor is occupied by the master bedroom. The rooftop on the fourth floor serves as a recreational area and also houses a solar panel installation.
Lavish Amenities and Outdoor Spaces
The house offers two accesses to the upper floors – a grand staircase and a private elevator connecting the ground and fourth floors. Outside, the expansive garden can comfortably accommodate two cars and features a dedicated area for plantation.
The Builder’s Timeline and Future Plans
kanit V of the II sub-division of DitipNotipus Bareskrim Polri, Commissioner Karta, revealed that construction on the house began in 2021 but was halted in 2024 due to police intervention. "We discovered that the house was undergoing renovation when we conducted a raid in late October. The construction was stopped because we identified it as one of the suspect’s money laundering locations,"said Commissioner Karta.
Despite being incomplete, the house is expected to be used as intended – a residential property. With several rooms and a functional kitchen already in place, it presents significant potential.
