Headline: Mexico‘s Bienestar Pensions and Madres Trabajadoras Programs Kickstart 2025 with January-February Payouts
The New Year brings with it the commencement of payments for Mexico’s Pensiones para el Bienestar and Madres Trabajadoras programs. Recipients with surnames starting with the letter ‘C’ can now access their bimonthly benefits from this Saturday, January 4 and Monday, January 6.
Secretaria del Bienestar, Ariadna Montiel Reyes, announced this news via her social media platforms. The pension, which is disbursed bimonthly, amounts to MXN 6,200 for 2025. This benefit is extended to individuals who have reached the age of 65. Throughout the year, registration periods will be open in February, April, June, August, October, and December for adults who attain this age milestone.
Payments will be directly deposited into the recipient’s Banco del Bienestar card. The bank’s branches offer services from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM. Additionally, automated teller machines are available for round-the-clock cash withdrawals.
