Haul Sekumpul 2025: A Spectacle of Faith, Conservation, and Logistics
The highly anticipated Haul Sekumpul 2025 is well underway, drawing thousands of devotees to the sacred site of Musala Ar-Raudhah at the foot of Mount Sekumpul. As the event unfolds, local authorities and organizers are pulling out all the stops to ensure a smooth, safe, and spiritually meaningful pilgrimage for all participants.
A Sea of Devotion at Ar-Raudhah
The Pre-Labuhan ceremony kicked off the event yesterday, with an estimated 200,000 participants gathered at the prestigious Ar-Raudhah Grand Mosque. Among the crowd were prominent figures like the Regent of Mayang Sari, Amin Badali, and Vice Regent, Hafi, who joined the faithful in performing their Morning Prayers.
The deeply moving atmosphere was further enriched by the soul-stirring recitations of the Holy Quran, captivating the audience and drawing tears of worship and devotion. The event marked a spiritual climax, as the believer’s quest for divine bounty and mercy reached its zenith.
Healthcare for All
Consecutive days of intense spiritual activity demand robust healthcare services. To cater to the needs of this massive gathering, the Provincial Health Agency of South Kalimantan has deployed a robust healthcare task force, comprising 86 teams and over 1,600 personnel.
The dedicated teams are distributing medicine, overseeing check-ups, and providing on-site treatment. The Provincial Health Agency Head, dr. Andriansyah, reassured the public that all preventive measures are in place to maintain the health and well-being of the jamaah.
SPLU Mobile: Bridging the Gap
In a commendable display of commitment, PLN Indonesia has dispatched its first-ever SPLU Mobile for Haul Sekumpul 2025. Equipped with 150 kVA capacity, this state-of-the-art power plant will provide crucial electricity support, ensuring there’s no disruption in services during the event.
Waste Management: A Challenge Turned Opportunity
The colossal gathering poses significant challenges, none more pressing than waste management. With an estimated 2.5 tons of waste generated daily, UPTD TPA Banjarbakula has stepped up to the plate, offering free waste transportation services to ease the burden.
The local government, in conjunction with the event committee, has also implemented a "Clean Haul" campaign. The initiative encourages participants to use eco-friendly products and follow proper waste disposal practices, aiming to reduce the environmental impact of the event.
Posko Singgah: A Welcome Respite
The final destination of the pilgrimage, Posko Singgah 3, has been transformed into a bustling hub of activity. Thousands of jamaah have stopped by to rest, recharge, and enjoy the amenities provided. The atmosphere is one of camaraderie and shared purpose, with fellow pilgrims exchanging stories and strengthening their bonds.
As the Haul Sekumpul 2025 continues to unfold, one thing is clear: this grand spectacle of faith and devotion is a testament to the power of unity, collaboration, and innovative thinking. May this event serve as a reminder of our shared humanity, and our collective responsibility to care for one another and our environment.
