Breaking News: Yemeni Armed Forces Launch Attacks on US Warship, Israeli Sites

In a daring move, Yemeni Armed Forces targeted a U.S. naval vessel and Israeli sites with drone attacks. The U.S.S. Harry Truman, a U.S. aircraft carrier, was reportedly the main target, with two cruise missiles and several drones employed in the strike.

The incident occurred in the northern Indian Ocean, close to the strategic Bab-el-Mandeb Strait. This is the latest in a series of confrontations between the Houthis, who control Yemen‘s capital Sanaa, and a Saudi-led coalition backed by the United States.

U.S. Navy officials confirmed the attack, stating that the Truman was not hit by any of the missiles, thanks to quick and effective evasive maneuvers. Israeli authorities have yet to comment on any possible damage or casualties at their sites.

Tensions between the Houthis and the U.S.-backed coalition have been escalating, with both sides accusing each other of ceasefire violations and intensifying military operations. This attack comes amid ongoing peace talks facilitated by the United Nations.
