The Burley Idaho Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is scheduled to be dedicated on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Prophet and President Dallin H. Oaks will preside over the dedication, accompanied by his wife, Kristen, and other Church leaders including Elders Steven R. Bangerter, José A. Teixeira, and K. Brett Nattress, along with their respective wives.
Temple Dedication and Broadcast
The dedication ceremony is set to begin at 10 a.m. Mountain Standard Time and will be broadcast to congregations within the temple district. Prior to the dedication, the public was invited to tour the temple for over two weeks, with the open house concluding on November 22, 2025.
Construction of the two-story temple, approximately 45,300 square feet in size, began on June 4, 2022. The temple is located on a 10.1-acre site at 40 South 150 East, Burley, ID 83318.
