“There will be customers without water this morning,” Mr. Conmy said. “There will be, obviously, schools affected. There will be a lot of a lot of vulnerable customers will get phone calls from our schedule and dispatch teams, and we will be putting measures in place to make sure those vulnerable customers get water today.”
