Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will provide customer service, classify goods for customs release, and process related documentation. This includes handling shipments from Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should possess at least six months of work experience and data entry skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and standard office equipment is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also required. The ability to work independently and handle high volumes of time-sensitive work is crucial.
While not required, a CCS or Broker’s license is preferred. Knowledge of customs regulations and harmonized tariff schedules is also considered a benefit.
Compensation and Work Environment
The pay range for this position is $13.60 to $21.57 per hour. New hires will start at $17.05 per hour, with a current additional premium of $3.00 per hour during periods of high volume, subject to a 30-day notice of removal. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and may require mandatory overtime and work on company-recognized holidays.
