Bhad Bhabie is navigating a challenging health journey, recently sharing a health update with fans.
The rapper posted on X, stating, “Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer . 💜”
Following the post, her mother, Barbara Bregoli, addressed online trolls via Instagram.
Barbara Bregoli condemned the negativity, stating, “Social media has become an app where people think they can come on here and say the most vile things…and think it’s funny as they’re hiding behind a screen.”
She strongly refuted the idea of attributing someone’s cancer diagnosis to “karma,” emphasizing, “That’s the lowest form of anything. Babies don’t ask to acquire cancer…nobody asks to get cancer.”

Barbara concluded by warning against baseless accusations, stating, “Don’t come on here with your balls so mighty saying, ‘Oh, yeah that’s your karma,’ because it just might be yours. Don’t ever say something about someone unless you’ve experienced it.”
Danielle initially revealed her cancer diagnosis in November 2024 after fans expressed concern over her weight loss.
At the time, she explained, “I’m Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. I’m slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives.”
A family source confirmed Bhad Bhabie’s cancer diagnosis to TMZ.
In January 2025, Bhad Bhabie underwent a nose job.
Responding to criticism about the surgery, she stated on Instagram Stories, “I don’t know who told y’all you can’t get surgery when you have cancer. I was cleared by my dr mind the business that pays you.”
Bhad Bhabie clarified, “Y’all mfs[sic] so worried about me and y’all don’t even know what kind of cancer I have! It’s not breast cancer that is a rumor.”
