Two people were hospitalized following a collision involving a van and a motorbike on Turves Road in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, at approximately 7:40pm on Saturday, March 14.
Emergency Response
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) responded to the incident, sending one fire engine from Cheadle station. Firefighters assisted paramedics in providing care to the two casualties before they were transported to the hospital by North West Ambulance Service.
Police were as well at the scene and a large cordon was established near the junction with Bruntwood Lane. A white van was observed within the police tape.
According to a GMFRS spokesperson, firefighters also worked to secure the area following the crash. They were at the scene for approximately 40 minutes.
