Williams Returns to Christchurch
Williams will perform at the One Latest Zealand Stadium on November 28th, marking his first concert in Christchurch in 25 years. He is similarly scheduled to play Auckland’s Eden Park on November 24th. The Christchurch concert will be one of the first international acts to perform at the new stadium.

Williams’ tour features his album, BRITPOP, released in January. Tourism and Hospitality Minister Louise Upston stated the tour was backed due to its potential to attract large audiences and international visitors. According to the government, for every dollar spent on live performance, $3.20 is returned in benefits to the wider community.
