In addition to current subscribers, the plan is available to new clients who select the “Fixed” tariff plan in their application for joining. Those receiving subsidies or social benefits may likewise join, as changing the tariff plan will not affect the existence or calculation of these benefits.
The terms of the tariff may only be terminated on an individual basis if a client chooses to switch to a different plan. Payment requirements remain unchanged, with bills due monthly by the 25th day of the following month.
