Three police officers accused of intimidating a security guard near the Bundaran HI roundabout in Jakarta Pusat have been detained in special isolation cells, according to the West Java Regional Police. “We have conducted an examination on the individuals concerned, these arrogant traffic violators in Bundaran HI, and at this moment they have been placed in a special holding cell,” Commissioner Hendra said in a statement.
