Car Trouble Ruins Vacation for André Hazes and Noa Braaf

Dutch singer André Hazes and his partner Noa Braaf experienced a flat tire en route to Schiphol Airport on Monday morning, disrupting their planned four-week trip to the United States, according to updates shared by the couple on Instagram.

An Unplanned Roadside Delay

The travel plans hit an immediate snag when the vehicle suffered a blowout while heading toward the airport. “We were well on our way to Schiphol and then… A flat tire! What a start,” André said in an Instagram story, acknowledging the setback while waiting for roadside assistance. Despite the delay, the singer reassured Noa, telling her that they would still make their flight. A rescue vehicle eventually arrived to transport the couple to the airport on time.

The American Dream Interrupted

The getaway marks the start of a four-week break for André following a period spent with his young son, Dré. According to the artist, he recently enjoyed a holiday with Dré, who is currently traveling with his mother, Monique Westenberg. With four weeks of free time ahead, André opted for an extended holiday to the United States with Noa. In a video shared from the roadside, André quipped sarcastically about the rocky beginning to their American dream, noting the irony of the situation.

Last year, André traveled to the United States for a large family vacation. During that same trip, it was publicly announced from their American holiday address that he and Monique had separated.
