Furthermore, the Foreign Office noted that 2025 ranked among the deadliest years Pakistan had faced in over a decade. Officials reported that violence was being planned, financed, and directed from sanctuaries across the border, frequently with the support of hostile elements from neighboring countries, though Pakistan remains steadfast in its commitment to defeating terrorism despite these challenges.
