Public Advocate Williams, who proudly displayed a Grenadian flag, expressed appreciation to the mayor for bringing such positive energy to Gracie Mansion and shared his enthusiasm for celebrating alongside the Caribbean community. “We raise our flags on Labor Day, and celebrate the culture, the music, food, that makes the Caribbean, the Caribbean,” Williams said.
