Simultaneously, JAXA’s Mio orbiter will enter an elongated orbit, utilizing a spin-stabilization mechanism that rotates 15 times per minute to distribute heat across its mirror-like exterior shades while analyzing the planet’s magnetic field and surrounding plasma environment.
