The 31st annual international rhythmic gymnastics tournament “Small and Great Grace 2026” concluded in Jūrmala over the weekend, drawing competitors from Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Estonia, according to Simona Laiveniece, press representative for the Liepāja Complex Sports School.
Jūrmala Tournament Results and Podium Finishes
Athletes representing Liepāja secured multiple top-three finishes across various age groups and categories during the weekend competition, as detailed by coach Jeļena Rieksta. Gold medals in their respective divisions went to Taisija Molotoka, Nelli Stavska, Sofija Viktorija Sevastjanova, Anisija Molotoka, Alisa Beļajeva, and Adelīna Kaduka.
Silver medals were awarded to Adriana Rone, Adriana Šeibe, Rebeka Ziemele, Jeļizaveta Prijma, Sofija Pustovaja, Kira Osadčuka, and Nikola Ziemele. Meanwhile, Alise Kalniņa and Jeva Rēriha claimed bronze medals for their routines.
Apparatus Medals and Coach Assessment
Additional podium places in specific apparatus exercises were earned by Dana Deiko, Jekaterina Prijma, Viktorija Sprosta, Ieva Kazakovska, Veronika Dišela, and Arina Korčuganova, who all captured medals ranging from first to third place.
“The first start of the season was successful and gave a good insight into what each gymnast still needs to work on so that their performance can be even more convincing,” coach Jeļena Rieksta stated, evaluating the weekend’s outcomes.

Competitors will not have long to wait before their next major test. Both younger and senior athletes are scheduled to compete in the first qualifying round of the Latvian Championship in Riga at the beginning of October, according to the Liepāja Complex Sports School. In addition, the youngest gymnasts will travel to Palanga for an international tournament on October 10 and 11.
