Responsibilities of the Associate General Manager

The Associate General Manager will function closely with the Producer and General Management team, overseeing day-to-day administration, artist contracting, production budgeting, and union administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with artistic, production, finance, marketing, and development departments.
  • Negotiating and overseeing artist contracts for a wide range of creative personnel.
  • Reviewing and processing artist payments, royalties, and invoices.
  • Serving as a liaison with various unions, including AEA, SDC, USA, and Locals 802, 751, 764, and 798.
  • Ensuring contractual accuracy and billing compliance in production materials.

Compensation and Benefits
