Billy Evans Denies Proposing Full-Frontal Shower Scene in ‘You Can See Everything’
Billy Evans is disputing claims that his full-frontal shower scene in the A24 documentary You Can See Everything was his own idea. The 34-year-old partner of Elizabeth Holmes stated that assertions he wanted to appear naked on film form a false narrative, telling followers on X to trust reporting that he felt violated by the inclusion.
The film, directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, features an elongated shot panning up Evans‘ fully naked body after a gym workout. Oppenheim told GQ that Evans asked if the crew wanted to film him showering during a car ride back from the gym. Oppenheim added that when he offered to shoot the scene without exposing Evans’ genitals, Evans replied that he did not care about being seen naked.

Production Disagreements and Legal Assurances Claimed
Sources close to the production offered a conflicting account to People and TMZ. An insider told People that Evans only agreed to the shower scene with the understanding that the footage would remain PG, calling the final cut a violation of trust and an exploitation for shock value. reported that Evans was specifically told the nudity would not make the final cut for legal reasons.
The documentary was filmed during the 34 days before Holmes began an 11-year prison sentence for defrauding investors. Fielder lived with Holmes and Evans in their rented Del Mar beach house during initial filming.
