Despite a noted decline in blood donation rates, the strong community spirit surrounding blood donation remains in Saint-Étienne-de-Montluc, Cordemais, and Le Temple-de-Bretagne (Loire-Atlantique), with 724 donors contributing during five collection drives in 2025.

The association’s president acknowledged the support of partner municipalities through granted subsidies, which facilitate the association’s management.
