ATLANTA – The Atlanta Braves announced today the launch of BravesVision, a new multimedia platform that will serve as the team’s official local television home starting with the 2026 baseball season. The organization will have complete control over the production, sales, marketing, and distribution of its broadcasts through this new venture.
A New Era for Braves Broadcasts
BravesVision represents a significant shift in how the team delivers baseball to fans across the Southeast. According to Braves President and CEO Derek Schiller, “This endeavor will bring the most vital link to our fanbase – our television broadcast – back under the control of our organization.” He similarly noted that the team believes it can present Braves baseball in “new and innovative ways.”
The platform is planned to produce coverage of more than 140 regular-season games, along with expanded pre-game and post-game programming. Fans within the team’s six-state territory will have multiple options to watch games without blackouts.
Expanding the Braves’ Multimedia Reach
BravesVision builds upon the team’s existing multimedia presence, which includes a substantial social media following – exceeding eight million followers across various platforms – and award-winning in-game productions. The team will continue to appear on national broadcasts through existing partnerships with FOX/FS1, ESPN, TBS, NBC/Peacock, and Apple TV.
In addition to regular season coverage, Gray Media will broadcast 15 Braves Spring Training games across 26 markets in the Southeast in 2026. These games will also be available for free streaming on Braves.TV with a free account.
