New Facility Details
The 355,580-square-foot property, completed in October 2024, is located on 17.6 acres in Hudson County. It features modern amenities including 40-foot clear heights, 70 dock doors, and four drive-in doors. The facility also provides parking for 213 cars and 56 trailers.
According to Jon Mikula, senior managing director at JLL, Bridge Point Bayonne represents a “rare and exceptional opportunity” due to limited opportunities for new industrial development in the densely developed area, where redevelopment is often the only option.
