Dota 2 Patch 7.41b: A Seismic Shift in the Meta

Timbersaw benefits from increased scaling on Whirling Death, Timber Chain, and Chakram. Phantom Assassin and Pudge receive stat increases to bolster their positions in the meta. Chaos Knight’s Phantasm now consistently creates three illusions at all levels (though illusion damage is reduced early on), and Broodmother gains a base Agility increase to improve her laning phase.
