A man was killed and another injured early Monday morning following a shooting at a Fort Worth apartment, police report.
Details of the Shooting
Officers responded to calls of shots fired just before 3 a.m. In the 500 block of Cabral Circle, according to Fort Worth police Officer Buddy Calzada. Upon arrival, officers found one man with at least one gunshot wound.
Despite immediate medical aid provided by officers and subsequent assistance from Fort Worth Fire crews, the man died at the scene. Investigators believe the shooting occurred during a social gathering at the apartment.
A second man was also shot and transported to a hospital, where he was last reported to be in stable condition.
