Jeddah Tower has reached the 120th floor at a height of approximately 482 meters, according to financial results data released by Kingdom Holding Company. Construction progress includes more than 322,000 cubic meters of poured concrete, marking roughly 72% of the targeted total volume for the structure.
The development also features the installation of over 3,900 facade panels, which accounts for about 14% of the overall panel count. Initial installation work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems continues across the tower, while the designated steel subcontractor for the Sky Terrace project has commenced work on site.
Contract carries 7.2 billion riyals value
The overall construction contract carries a value of 7.2 billion riyals, following an agreement signed in October 2024 between Jeddah Economic Company and Saudi Binladin Group. Kingdom Holding Company noted that approximately 1.1 billion riyals has already been paid for completed structural work under a 42-month implementation window.
