The Kansas women’s golf team will compete in the PING ASU Invitational at Papago Golf Club in Phoenix, Arizona, from March 23-25. The tournament will be played on a par-72 course spanning 6,570 yards.

Kansas is coming off a second-place finish at the Yale Invitational West, where junior Lyla Louderbaugh secured her second career win and four Jayhawks finished in the top 20. Head Coach Lindsay Kuhle noted the team’s familiarity with the Arizona course, stating, “We are really excited to be back at ASU and in this event, we had a really strong finish last year and we have played this course many times.”
The 16-team field includes Arizona State, Florida Atlantic, Northwestern, Hawaii, Drake, Washington, Denver, Oregon State, Abilene Christian, UCLA, NAU, Baylor, New Mexico, USC, and Fullerton.
Kuhle’s lineup will consist of seniors Amy DeKock and Anna Wallin, junior Louderbaugh, sophomore Ebba Nordstedt, and freshman Kinslea Jones. Sophomore Jillian Fatkin will as well travel with the team and compete as an individual.
The Jayhawks are scheduled to tee off at 9:40 a.m. CT on hole one, paired with UCLA, and Northwestern. The tournament format includes three 18-hole rounds, with a shotgun start on Wednesday.
