JACKSON, Miss. — The Millsaps College men’s and women’s tennis teams enjoyed a successful weekend, securing victories against both Belhaven University and MUW at the Coach Montgomery Courts.
Majors Women’s Tennis Shines
The Millsaps women’s tennis team showcased their skill, beginning with a 7-0 win over Belhaven in the Riverside Rivalry. The doubles team of Malakie Smith and Skylar Spinks led the charge with a 6-2 victory.
In singles play, Riley McClain delivered a standout performance, winning her match 6-0, 6-0 without dropping a single game. Alexis Oliver and Riley McClain too secured a 6-2 doubles win against MUW.
