A resident of Farmhill, Claremorris, and formerly of Birmingham, United Kingdom, has passed away peacefully at The Mayo Hospice, surrounded by family. The family has requested privacy at their home during this time.
A Life Remembered
The deceased was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Elizabeth, and his sister, Kathy. He is survived by his wife, Margaret, daughter Emily and her partner John, granddaughter Lisa Mae, and sister Caroline.
Also mourning his loss are his mother-in-law Mary, father-in-law William, as well as numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing will take place at St. Colman’s Funeral Home, Lower James Street, Claremorris (F12 R3W8) on Thursday, January 29th, from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock.
His remains will be removed from his residence on Friday morning for Funeral Mass at 11am in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Crossboyne. Burial will follow in Crossboyne cemetery.
The family has requested that only family flowers be sent. Donations, if desired, may be made to Mayo Hospice c/o Keith Donnellan Funeral Directors.
