Appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show on February 14, Campbell clarified that her interaction with Prince Harry wasn’t a date. She explained she attended a friend’s birthday party where she learned of his presence. “Someone said, ‘There’s Harry!’ and I was like, ‘Harry who?’ ‘Prince Harry.'”
The Prince approached Campbell during the party, telling her he was a fan and revealing he had a poster of her on his wall as a child. Campbell described the moment as “a little awkward,” questioning his age at the time and wondering if it was a playful attempt to flirt. “I don’t grasp if that was a line, though. It could’ve been a line.”

Campbell described Prince Harry as “really lovely,” noting a slightly surreal moment when he began discussing his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. “He started talking about his grandmother, and we were chatting, and then I realized who he was talking about, and it was very odd,” she recalled.
