The Role and Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Advisor I will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance programs. This includes delivering assessment results and recommending solutions to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, conducting audits, and maintaining quality management standards, such as KPIs. The role also involves identifying and controlling risks associated with business activities.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data. The position requires generating reports and participating in delivering results to leaders, and stakeholders. Successful candidates will also be able to function independently and proactively, managing multiple tasks with a high degree of organization.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, or four years of related experience may be substituted. A minimum of four years of progressive operations or process experience in the financial services, insurance, or a relevant industry is required. Experience identifying problems and developing solutions is also essential.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong proficiency in SQL development, experience in process improvement, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with call transcription, quality assurance, and insurance quality standards is also highly valued. USAA explicitly states it does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $69,920 to $133,620. Compensation is based on experience and market data. Employees may also be eligible for pay incentives based on corporate and individual performance.
