Ray J stated that Kim must first pass the bar exam, something she has not yet done, for his comments to be a relevant issue.
Defamation Lawsuits and Countersuits
Kim and Kris initiated a defamation lawsuit against Ray J in October. He responded with a countersuit, alleging a violation of a settlement agreement concerning their past private video. He requested the dismissal of the lawsuit against him. Both cases remain ongoing.
Ray J argued that the lawsuit is unfounded, pointing out that while Kim and Kris deny knowledge of a federal investigation, they haven’t denied the alleged underlying wrongful conduct in their court declarations.
