Rosaleen McEleney (née Doherty), of Main Street, Clonmany, F93 V0A2, has passed away peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by family. She was formerly of Moville.
A Life Remembered
Rosaleen is predeceased by her husband, Daniel. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth, Marie, Pat, Michael, and Nicola. She is also remembered as a much-loved grandmother to Kiera, Eamonn, Kieran, Grainne, Shauna, and Ronan.
Her sons-in-law, Danny, James, and Michael, also mourn her loss. The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Medical 5 at Letterkenny University Hospital, through any family member or Comiskey Funeral Directors.
Funeral Arrangements
A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, December 31st. Rosaleen’s remains will leave her home at 10:40 am, proceeding to St. Mary’s Church in Clonmany for a Requiem Mass at 11:00 am. Following the Mass, burial will take place in the adjoining cemetery.
The family has requested privacy at the home from 10pm to 11am daily, and on the morning of the funeral. For those unable to attend in person, the Funeral Mass can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/clonmany.
