Hardware specifications for gaming performance
The Galaxy A27 5G features an Infinity-O Display with a punch-hole camera, replacing the notch design used in previous models. Annisa Maulina, MX Product Marketing Senior Manager at Samsung Electronics Indonesia, stated that the device’s bezels have been reduced to 3.5 mm, making them 2.1 mm thinner than those on the Galaxy A26.
Reports from Disway indicate the device uses a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,500 nits. Ponselio notes that the combination of the chipset and RAM is designed to support “push rank” activities and high-intensity gaming sessions where precise character control and instant reactions are required.
Price points and software longevity
While the Gaming Package is priced up to Rp 7.299.000, the standard Galaxy A27 5G has been available in Indonesia since July 2026. Kompas.com reports the base model (6 GB RAM/128 GB storage) started at Rp 5.299.000, while the 8 GB RAM/256 GB variant was priced at Rp 6.299.000.
Regarding software, Disway reports that Samsung provides a six-year guarantee for Android OS and security patch updates. This long-term support is positioned as a way to make the device a multi-year investment for the user.
