Amazon Drops Beats Pill to $99.95
Amazon slashed the price of the Beats Pill Bluetooth speaker to $99.95 on Nov. 3, cutting 33% off its standard $149.95 list price, according to Mashable.
The portable hardware packs an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance alongside a grippy silicone backing and a removable lanyard, Mashable reported.
Power and Playback Performance
The device pushes out up to 24 hours of playback on a single charge, making it a frequent pick for parties or all-day listening at home, CNET reported.
When phone batteries run low, the speaker pulls double duty as a backup power bank, letting users charge mobile devices via USB-C. CNET added that the hardware also handles phone calls directly.

Generate Deeper Bass and Pair Across Platforms
Audio performance relies on a larger racetrack woofer that moves 90% more air to generate deeper, richer bass, according to Mashable. The speaker even supports high-resolution lossless audio when linked to compatible devices via USB-C.
Users hunting for a wider soundstage can pair two Beats Pill speakers together using either Amplify mode or Stereo mode. Testing confirmed that these pairing and playback features work on both Apple and Android devices.
