Sheamus AEW Interest Emerges Following WWE Exit And Notice Period
AEW is expected to show interest in signing Sheamus to a full-time deal following his recent exit from WWE, according to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select. The former multi-time champion parted ways with WWE earlier this year and has now completed his 90-day notice period. While no direct discussions have taken place yet between Sheamus and AEW, a handful of AEW talents are reportedly in favor of him joining the company.
Veterans join promotion following contract disputes
Several members of the AEW locker room support bringing Sheamus into the promotion. His potential arrival fits a trend of prominent departures from WWE.
