In a separate incident, sources from emergency services in Rostov Oblast reported that a missile was allegedly shot down near a military airfield in the city of Millerovo. The attack also led to damage to power lines in the region, the Telegram channel noted.
Yesterday, on December 21, residents of Rostov Oblast reported hearing explosions, with local authorities attributing the incidents to a "combined attack." Russian authorities, however, maintained that there were no casualties or damage resulting from the attack.
