"Most Heartbreaking Love Styles, According to Doctors"

*Title: Male Dominant Positions in Sx: A Common Cause of Penis Fracture**

One of the less talked about, but serious, potential risks of some sexual positions is penis fracture. This medical condition, also known as penile fracture, occurs when the tunica albuginea, the covering of the corpora cavernosa in the penis, tears due to excessive force or a sudden bend during sexual activity.

Dr. Adhitama Alam Soeroto, a specialist urologist at the National Central General Hospital (RSCM), Jakarta, explains that intense penetration during intercourse can lead to this condition. "Basically, any sexual position carries some risk, but research indicates that male dominant positions (MDP) are more likely to cause penile fractures," he says.

Positions with Higher Risks

Positions like man on top and doggy style have shown a higher propensity for causing penile fractures. "The reason behind this is that in these positions, men have more control, but if they lose it, the penis can bend awkwardly, leading to the injury," Dr. Adhitama elucidates.

Other Positions Aren’t Risk-Free

While male dominant positions top the list, woman on top positions also carry some risk, albeit lesser than MDP. "Any sudden, forceful movement during intercourse can cause the penis to bend abnormally, resulting in a fracture," Dr. Adhitama warns.

Immediate Action is Necessary

Penile fractures are typically accompanied by an audible ‘pop’ or cracking sound mid-sex, followed by sudden detumescence (loss of erection). If you or your partner hears this sound or experiences a sudden loss of erection during sex, it’s crucial to seek medical attention immediately. The only treatment for penile fractures is surgery.

As with any sexual activity, communication and care are key. Being aware of the risks and practicing safe, consensual sex can help prevent such injuries. If you suspect a penile fracture, don’t hesitate to consult a medical professional for prompt treatment. After all, safety should always be a priority in the bedroom.

Disclaimer: Always remember that everyone’s body is unique, and reactions to certain positions may vary. If you’re unsure about what’s safe for you, consult a healthcare provider.

“Revamping State Lottery: Indonesia’s Ministry of Social Affairs Baggingliong Rp 150 Million Annually from ‘Free Gift Draw’ Contributions”.

by Chief Editor December 27, 2024
written by Chief Editor

Indonesia‘s Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) Secures Rp 150 Billion Annually from 10% ‘Free Lottery Prize’ Contribution

Jakarta – The Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) receives approximately Rp 150 billion annually from the 10% contribution of ‘Free Lottery Prize’ merchandise. This significant influx of funds bolsters Kemensos’ budget to run its various programs.

Mensos Saifullah Yusuf, commonly known as Gus Ipul, recently revealed this information to reporters at the Kemensos headquarters in Jakarta. "I need to emphasize that every year, Kemensos receives around Rp 140 billion to Rp 150 billion annually from this free lottery prize contribution," he stated.

The ministry secures this substantial amount through a 10% deduction from each Free Lottery Prize’s merchandise value, as mandated by Presidential Decree No. 22/1954. Gus Ipul lauded the efficiency of lottery organizers, highlighting their administrative discipline and compliance with regulations.

Citing a prominent bank as an example, Gus Ipul shared that a single institution contributes tens of billions of rupiah annually to the ministry through its lottery operations. "For instance, BRI alone has contributed more than Rp 30 billion to Kemensos this year," he added.

Kemensos plans to allocate the collected funds to support its programs, such as providing clean water, rebuilding homes, constructing roads, distributing agricultural equipment, and other dire need-based initiatives within communities.

Gus Ipul explained the allocation process, "The funds will be used for public welfare, including providing clean water, rebuilding homes, constructing roads, or distributing agricultural equipment that corresponds to the community’s needs."

He also elaborated on the application and assessment process, "There is a mechanism in place for applications, followed by an assessment. Once approved, the funding will go directly to the beneficiaries."

The ministry prioritizes allocating resources to address societal needs, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the support they deserve.

Breaking News: Protesters Demonstrate Against 12% VAT Increase in Jakarta

Demonstrators took to the streets in Jakarta on Friday, December 27, rejecting the planned 12% VAT (Value Added Tax) hike. The action took place in the vicinity of the iconic Kuda Statue in Central Jakarta, with some roads temporarily closed and rerouted, causing adjustments to public transportation.

Our correspondent on the scene reported around 3:34 PM WIB that a large group from the Indonesian Muslim Students’ Association (HMI) arrived at the Patung Kuda area carrying banners that read "Reject 12% VAT Increase". They gathered along Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, with police cordoning off parts of the street and deploying water barriers to maintain order.

Vehicles passing through the area were rerouted to use the busway lane due to road closures. Despite the demonstration, bus services in the capital largely remained unaffected, although they experienced heavier traffic due to the rerouting.

As the protest demonstrated their opposition to the VAT increase, other lanes were congested, with heavy traffic observed around the Patung Kuda roundabout. The protesters expressed their concerns over the potential impacts of a VAT increase on the Indonesian economy and citizenry.

Mystery posebno: Ada Rolls-Royce and Gold Bared in Warehouse – Whose Is It?

by Chief Editor December 27, 2024

Headline:
Unclaimed Luxury Car and Gold Bars: Unresolved wins from Free Lottery Draws at Ministry of Social Affairs

Article:

In an unexpected revelation, Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs, Saifullah Yusuf, also known as Gus Ipul, recently disclosed the existence of unclaimed prizes from free lottery draws held under his ministry. One of the most significant findings is a high-end Rolls-Royce car parked in the ministry’s warehouse, part of an unsolved lottery draw.

The Rolls-Royce, valued at approximately Rp 20-25 billion (USD 1.4-1.8 million), is a result of a free lottery draw where the winner is required to pay a quarter of its price, about Rp 5-6.25 billion (USD 0.35-0.45 million), to redeem the prize. However, the winner has been unable to meet this financial obligation, leaving the luxurious car unstolen for some time.

"We have a Rolls-Royce here, no one has bought it yet," Gus Ipul revealed in a recent event, adding that the winner was unable to pay the required 25% of its price, leaving the ministry with a sitting duck worth millions of rupiah.

The issue isn’t limited to the Rolls-Royce. There’s also an unclaimed gold bar, also a result of a free lottery draw with an equally hefty price tag for redemption. The winner, too, couldn’t afford the price, leaving the gold bar untouched.

Although these prizes remain unclaimed, Minister Yusuf assured that the process aligns with Law No. 22/1954 regarding lotteries. The funds collected from these redemption prices will go towards social welfare programs such as improving access to clean water and building houses for the underprivileged.

In a digital age, these unclaimed prizes serve as a intriguing tale, a testament to the vast chasm between the riches and the less fortunate in Indonesian society. It also shines a spotlight on questions about the fairness and practicality of such lottery draws in social welfare programs.

Meanwhile, the Rolls-Royce and the gold bars wait in their respective warehouses, symbols of wealth in a context quite removed from their typical niches of luxury and opulence.

Prosecutor Criticizes 6.5-Year Sentence for Bui Harvey Moeis: Too Lenient!

by Chief Editor December 27, 2024
written by Chief Editor

Jakarta – Justice Served, But Critics Seek Harsher Punishment in $300B Timah Corruption Case

The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has filed an appeal against the verdict issued to business tycoon Harvey Moeis and four other defendants, arguing that the sentencing was too lenient in a massive corruption case involving state-owned mining company PT Timah Tbk.

Harvey Moeis, along with Suwito Gunawan, Robert Indiarto, Reza Andriansyah, and Suparta, were convicted for their role in a $300 billion corruption case involving the illegal trading of tungsten ore, a byproduct of tin mining, between 2015 and 2022.

"The reason for the appeal is that the sentences given to the five defendants were too mild," said Sutikno, Director of Special Crimes Division at the AGO. "There’s an imbalance in the sentencing, with the punishments not reflecting the severity of their crimes."

The AGO believes that the court failed to consider the broader impact of the defendants’ actions on society, particularly in the Bangka Belitung Islands, where the illegal activities occurred.

Harvey Moeis, the mastermind behind the scheme, was initially sentenced to six years and six months in prison. However, the prosecution had sought a 12-year prison term. Other defendants received sentences ranging from five to eight years, considerably lower than the prosecution’s demands.

"I believe the court only considered the personal roles of the defendants in this case, but they failed to factor in the significant damage caused to the community and the state," Sutikno said in an interview with reporters.

"I’m a bit puzzled by the statement from Pak Tarno’s first wife claiming she hasn’t received any donations from me," Raffi revealed while in the Sudirman area of Jakarta on Tuesday (24/12/2024).

Raffi maintains that all the donations he provided were handed over through his personal assistant, Sensen, to Pak Tarno and his management. "If we’re talking about donations or any form of aid, I ensured they were given directly to Pak Tarno and his management. I passed them on through my assistant, Sensen," he clarified.

The father of three sternly stated that his donations were given with pure intentions. He hopes that the aid will be used to its fullest extent. "I hope it’s put to good use, as I gave it with the best of intentions," Raffi asserted.

Raffi is known for his generosity, often providing assistance to friends in need. He hopes that his actions can bring happiness to those around him.

"Whenever I have events like FYP, I’m always eager to help anyone who reaches out. I prefer to hand over the aid directly to the person or their family, or through their management. I try to be as helpful as I can, regardless of whether it’s a former partner or not," Raffi mentioned.

PDIP Official in Soroti Implicated, KPK: Room for Discussion

by Chief Editor December 26, 2024
written by Chief Editor

PDIP Denies Involvement of Hasto Kristiyanto in Harun Masiku Bribery Case, KPK Stands by Evidence

In a recent development, the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) has vehemently denied any involvement of its Secretary General, Hasto Kristiyanto, in the Harun Masiku bribery case. The party asserts that there is no concrete evidence linking Kristiyanto to the case, echoing sentiments shared by party officials during a press conference held after Kristiyanto was named a suspect in the case.

The party’s stance was echoed by Tessa Mahardhika, the spokesperson for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), who acknowledged the Party’s opinion but maintained that the commission’s stance is firm and based on strong evidence. Mahardhika stated, "KPK appreciates all opinions and criticisms, but we will not engage in political discourse. In the realm of law, we have robust evidence."

Meanwhile, PDIP’S Secretary General, Ronny Talapessy, reinforced the party’s position, stating, "The bribery case against Harun Masiku has been finalized in court and is legally binding. All convicts have already served their sentences, including those involved in the case."

Talapessy also highlighted that after evaluating all evidence presented during the trials, from the Court of Corruption to the cassation level, no concrete evidence linked Hasto Kristiyanto to the case. He emphasized, "No evidence has been presented to tie our party’s Secretary General to the Wahyu Setiawan bribery case or the Harun Masiku case that has already been settled."

In response to PDIP’s claims, KPK has stuck to its stance, insisting that it has substantial evidence to support its case against Kristiyanto. The commission has further invited all parties to wait for the upcoming trial to evaluate the strength of the evidence presented.

This developing story underscores the intricate interaction between politics and law in Indonesia, where high-ranking officials are often under public scrutiny. As the trial progresses, Indonesian citizens eagerly await further developments in this case.

Harsh Sentence of 6.5 Years Sparks Widespread Criticism for Harvey Moeis

Harvey Moeis’ 6.5-Year Prison Sentence Sparks Outrage; Critics Demand Harsher Punishment

Jakarta – Harvey Moeis’ 6.5-year imprisonment in the timah corruption case has drawn sharp criticism from various quarters. The court’s decision, considered lenient by many, is at odds with the prosecution’s demand for 12 years. The magnitude of the corruption case, which caused an Rp 300 trillion loss to the state, has further fueled public frustration.

The defendant was also fined Rp 1 billion, with an alternative sentence of six months in prison if unpaid. Moreover, Moeis must pay Rp 210 billion in asset replacement, with his properties to be seized and auctioned off if he fails to do so. The high court’s decision has been met with a chorus of disapproval.

"This verdict is a slap in the face of justice. How can a Rp 300 trillion loss be equated to just 6.5 years in prison?" said Hinca Panjaitan, a member of the DPR-RI‘s Commission III, summing up the sentiment shared by many.

Charles Simabura, director of the Constitutional Studies Center at Andalas University’s Faculty of Law (Pusako Unand), echoed the same sentiment. "This leniency in sentencing is counterproductive to the fight against corruption. It’s high time our judicial system starts dishing out harsher punishments for such grave crimes."

Rudianto Lallo, an(III)ance member of the DPR-RI from the NasDem fraction, concurred. "The sentences should have been maximized to serve as a deterrent. Moreover, the focus should be on recovering the assets, not just imposing fines."

The case, which involved the illegal extraction and export of timah from Bangka-Belitung islands, has had devastating consequences. It has led to environmental destruction, loss of livelihood for local communities, and a massive dent in state coffers.

Many critics argue that the court’s decision fails to reflect the gravity of the crimes committed. They demand stiffer penalties to uphold justice and deter future corruption.

High-Speed Train Plans: En route to Surabaya

by Chief Editor December 26, 2024
written by Chief Editor

In a recent development, Jakarta is abuzz with discussions surrounding the future of the Jakarta-Surabaya High-Speed Rail (HSR) project, with the fresh leadership of the Ministry of Coordinating Affairs for Infrastructure and Regional Development. Minister Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) shed some light on the project’s prospects under the new administration of President Prabowo Subianto.

A Cautious Approach

AHY emphasized the need for careful planning and thorough consideration before proceeding with the massive undertaking. "We’re still doing our calculations, still studying," he said. "Given the scale of the project, we need to be precise and thorough in our calculations," AHY added, speaking from Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport in Jakarta.

Engaging Stakeholders

In line with this cautious approach, AHY also revealed plans to involve numerous stakeholders in the project’s planning phase. This inclusive strategy aims to ensure a well-thought-out and robust blueprint for the Jakarta-Surabaya HSR project.

Status of the Project

Meanwhile, Dwiyana Slamet Riyadi, Director of PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC), the company responsible for the project, stated that currently, the Indonesian high-speed rail project remains in the pre-study phase. "We’re still in the pre-study phase. Everything is currently being discussed among all stakeholders," said Dwiyana when contacted separately.

A Brief History

Initially mooted during the administration of President Joko Widodo, the Jakarta-Surabaya HSR project has seen its fair share of ups and downs. Earlier this year, KCIC hinted at plans for gradually extending Jakarta’s high-speed rail network to include Surabaya, potentially starting with a connection to Yogyakarta first. However, under the new administration of President Prabowo, the project’s future remains uncertain.

Wakil Menteri Perhubungan (Wamenhub), Suntana, had previously hinted that the feasibility study for the project was ongoing. He emphasized the importance of thorough evaluation, stating, "The principle is, if it makes transportation more accessible, cheaper, and comfortable, why not? But of course, we can’t just proceed without proper evaluation."

Looking ahead, the future of the Jakarta-Surabaya High-Speed Rail project hangs in the balance, awaiting the outcome of ongoing feasibility studies. presidency’s stance on massive projects, and commitments to public welfare, will all play a crucial role in shaping the project’s future.

Stiff Sentence of 6.5 Years for Harvey Moises Sparks Public Outcry

by Chief Editor December 26, 2024
written by Chief Editor

Title: Broad Outcry Against lenient 6.5-Year Sentence for Harvey Moeis in $300B Timah Corruption Case

Harvey Moeis, a key figure in a colossal corusption case involving the state-owned miner PT Timah, received a controversial 6.5-year prison sentence, drawing heavy criticism from various sectors of society. The massive embezzlement resulted in a staggering loss of Rp300 trillions ($22.5 billion) for the nation.

The Trial and Verdict

The Central Jakarta Corruption Court sentenced Harvey Moeis to 6 years and 6 months in prison for his role in the case, along with a Rp1 billion fine and an order to pay Rp210 billion in restitution. The verdict was significantly lower than the 12-year prison sentence demanded by the prosecution.

Presiding judge Eko Aryanto stated that Harvey Moeis had been found guilty of corruption and money laundering beyond a reasonable doubt. However, the lenient sentence has sparked widespread outrage and disbelief.

Political Figures’ Criticism

  • Hinca Panjaitan, Demokrat Party’s Deputy Chairman: "How can a Rp300 trillion loss to the nation be equated to just 6.5 years in prison?"
  • Charles Simabura, Constitutional Law Expert: "This sentence further weakens corruption fight in Indonesia. We expect the prosecution to appeal this decision."
  • Rudianto Lallo, NasDem Party’s Representative: "The sentence does not set a strong enough example. The penalty should have been maximized to serve as a deterrent."
