This 1,500-square-meter house, located in an upscale Bogor neighborhood, is among the most expensive subsidized homes in the region. Despite its price tag, it has attracted numerous inquiries, indicating the strong demand for affordable housing options.
To facilitate the acquisition of these subsidized homes, Bank Mega Syariah has stepped in as the main financier for the KPR FLPP program. KPR FLPP (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah Flats for Poor People) is a government-backed loan scheme designed to help low-income individuals purchase subsidized homes. Bank Mega’s involvement will significantly increase the accessibility of these homes for eligible buyers.
As the government works towards its goal of providing affordable housing for all, stakeholders such as Bank Mega and other financial institutions, developers, and local authorities must collaborate effectively to ensure the success of these projects.
