The 1.73-acre site, which spans nearly an entire city block, was acquired by LCOR in 2024 for $54 million from Veris Residential. Work is now underway following approvals granted in late 2024.
The project is designed by SLCE Architects with landscaping provided by Melillo Bauer Carman. The tower will rise 34 stories, reaching a total height of 350 feet.

LCOR utilized a bonus height provision from the Powerhouse Arts District Redevelopment Plan for this project. The company has likewise been involved in other regional efforts, including improvements to 335 Washington Boulevard, which will grow the Washington Creative Center after a Jersey City Council ordinance last year accepted the building from LCOR.
This project is LCOR’s second major venture in Hudson County. The firm is also leading the Hoboken Connect project, which includes a train terminal overhaul and a 27-story residential complex.
