The Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) has just revealed that the results of the competed-based PPPK (Penerimaan Perangkat Daerah) educator selection can now be announced. This comes after the digital signing of the results for around 108 institutions by the head of BKN.

"Alhamdulillah, praise be to God, 108 institutions have completed the digital signing process for the PPPK educator results," said Mohammad Ridwan, Head of the Center for Civil Service Needs Planning, on Sunday, January 5.

Ridwan added that this means the announcement of the PPPK educator level 1 results is ready and has been delivered to the respective institutions’ inboxes. He advised freelance educators to stay updated through BKN’s social media platforms.

Earlier, Suharmen, the Deputy Head of the Civil Service Information System and Digitalization of the Civil Service Agency at BKN, explained the process of announcing the PPPK educator level 1 results. As of 12:00 PM WIB on January 4, 2025, data from 484 institutions had been received and verified by BKN. Once verified, the data is processed by the system, sent for approval to the Head of the Center for Civil Service Needs Planning, the Deputy Head of Mutasi, and finally, the digital signature of the BKN Head is applied.

Breakthrough in PPPK Guru Tahap 1: BKN Updates Data Verification and Release Timeline

January 5, 2025, JAKARTA – The Bureau of Civil Service Personnel (BKN) has provided an update on the status ofurăthe PPPK guru tahap 1 process. Deputy of BKN’s Information System and Civil Service Digitalization, Suharmen, shared that as of January 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM WIB, data from 484 institutions had been received and was undergoing verification for accuracy.

Once verified, the data will proceed through the system for processing, and will then be approved by the head of the Center for Planning and Fulfillment of ASN, the Deputy for Mutasi, and finally, the digital signature of BKN’s Director-General will be affixed.

Currently, data from 9 institutions has not yet been accepted by BKN but remains at the respective institutions. Meanwhile, the head of the Center for Planning and Fulfillment of ASN, Mohammad Ridwan, noted that the data processing is still ongoing.

Ridwan also emphasized that while BKN is working diligently to expedite the process, they are also managing the data processing for CPNS 2024, which is due to begin announcing results from January 5 to 12. He urged honorarium teachers to be patient as BKN strives to complete the PPPK process promptly.

Previously, on January 3, Ridwan, who also serves as the acting head of the Bureau of Communications, Legal, and Cooperation, mentioned that the number of verified and validated (verval) data teacher records runs in the tens of thousands. This number contributes to the time it takes to announce the PPPK guru results, which may not be as swift as the timely announcement of technical and NAS-NON TEKNIS (nakes) results.

The wait is over for hundreds of thousands of honorer candidates who sat for the PPPK guru tahap 1 exam. The Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) has confirmed that results have been finalized and will soon be released.

In a statement today, BKN revealed that data from 484 institutions has already been processed and is undergoing digital signature verification by the agency’s chief. The numbers are expected to change rapidly as more data pours in.

"These 484 institutions are the ones we’ve processed so far. The numbers are moving fast," said Mohammad Ridwan, Acting Head of the BKN’s Public Relations, Legal, and Cooperation Bureau.

Ridwan confirmed that results will start appearing in admin SSCASN inboxes as early as tomorrow morning. He urged admins to check their inboxes promptly and announce the results immediately once received.

"We hope that the results will be in their inboxes before dawn. Please announce them as soon as possible so that the honorer candidates can know their fate," Ridwan said.

BKN also appreciated the Ministry of Education and Culture’s assistance in expediting the verification of honorer candidates’ data.

KAUR, Indonesia – The highly anticipated announcement of successful candidates for the Public Procurement of Goods and Services (PPPK) 2024 stage 1 in Kaur Regency, originally slated for today, December 31, 2024, has been postponed until early January 2025.

According to unconfirmed reports from sources within the Kaur Regency Civil Service Agency (BKPSDM), the delay is due to a change in the schedule following a zoom meeting with the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy.

"After the zoom meeting with the Ministry, we’ve received updated information that the announcement of PPPK 2024 stage 1 results is now scheduled for January 7, 2025," a source close to the matter informed Radarkaur.co.id.

The source also mentioned that Kaur BKPSDM is awaiting further instructions from the central office regarding the official announcement date for Kaur Regency’s stage 1 PPPK. However, this information has not been officially confirmed by the acting head of the BKPSDM, Sifrihadi.

In a separate statement, Muhammad Ridwan, the acting head of the Communication, Legal, and Cooperation Bureau at the BKN, told reporters in Jakarta that the release of the results is dynamic and respective institutions are urged to finalize the process to avoid unnecessary anxiety among the candidates.

Ridwan explained that the final results will only be available on the Single Submission System for Civil Servants (SSCASN) once the relevant institutions have finalized the process on the SSCASN system.
