The UNLV men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams are set to compete in Arizona this week, beginning with the Lumberjack Diving Invitational hosted by Northern Arizona University on Thursday and Friday, January 29-30. The swimming and diving teams will then face Grand Canyon University on Saturday, January 31.

The Rebel men currently lead the MPSF in several events. Ian Belflower holds the top times in both the 100 fly (46.89) and 200 fly (1:43.94). Bryson Huey leads in the 50 free (19.02), Wikus Potgieter in the 50 back (21.72), and Tatsuki Inoue in the 100 back (46.82). The diving teams are also demonstrating strong performances. Evan Stingley leads the Rebel men in diving, with scores of 301.05 on the 1-meter, 326.55 on the 3-meter, and 321.15 on the platform. Allyse Abbott leads the Rebel women on the 1-meter (276.45) and 3-meter (278.10) springboards, while Chelsey Dorosh leads on the platform (213.55).
