2. Dean Stockwell
Dean Stockwell played Rear Admiral Albert “Al” Calavicci, the second principal character in the show. He was already a star when Quantum Leap debuted and went on to appear in projects like Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker and The Manchurian Candidate. Sadly, the actor passed away on November 7th, 2021.
3. Deborah Pratt
Deborah Pratt played the artificial intelligence Ziggy in the original Quantum Leap series and its 2022 remake. Pratt had already taken up producing roles while working on Quantum Leap, and she has since focused on production and directorial roles. She was also part of the 2022 Quantum Leap revival and has taken smaller roles in films like Doula.
4. Teri Hatcher
Teri Hatcher played Dr. Donna Eleese, Sam Beckett’s wife, appearing as a 19-year-old version of the character. She went on to star in Lois & Clark: The Fresh Adventures of Superman and appeared in Tomorrow Never Dies. Mimi Kuzyk played Verbena Beeks, the head psychiatrist for Project Quantum. She appeared in projects like The Addams Family and Batman: The Animated Series. Her most recent role was in Sold, a 2015 short film.
6. Dennis Wolfberg
Dennis Wolfberg played Irving Gushman, Project Quantum’s head of computer programming. He appeared in five episodes of Quantum Leap, with his last project being To Tell the Truth in 1991. He passed away in 1994 due to melanoma.
7. Candy Ann Brown
Candy Ann Brown played Dr. Verbena Beeks in Quantum Leap. She has appeared in projects like The Addams Family and Batman: The Animated Series. Her most recent role was in Sold, a 2015 short film.
8. Gigi Rice
Gigi Rice was Tina Martinez, the medical technician of the group. She has continued to appear in TV shows and movies, including a cameo in other long-running shows. Her latest project was 2024’s Night Court, where she appeared for one episode.

Warren Frost played a Senator in the show. He went on to star in Twin Peaks and its revival. He passed away in 2017, at the age of 91.

13. Newell Alexander
