Musician Yaya Bey has released “Egyptian Musk,” a recent song featuring NESTA, a reggae artist based in Queens. The collaboration comes with a music video directed by Michael Grant.

“Egyptian Musk” is the second preview of Bey’s upcoming album, Fidelity, which is scheduled for release on April 17 via Drink Sum Watr. Bey previously shared the single “Blue” last month. The artist has stated that Fidelity explores her grief following the death of her father, Grand Daddy I.U., a member of the Juicy Crew, as well as the impact of gentrification on Black communities in New York.
Bey and NESTA recorded the track after a chance encounter. According to Bey, the song is “a really dreamy reggae track that sounds like something old with a fresh spin.” This marks their first collaboration.
Bey’s previous album, Do It Afraid, was released in 2025.
