Ukrans Keeps Staj Bonus Until 2025
Ukrans will continue to receive staj bonuses even in 2025, according to the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU). Staj bonuses, an additional pension benefit, are given to those with over 35 years of service (for men) and over 30 years (for women). Each full year of insurance staj increases the pension by 1% of its calculated amount.
Pension Recalculation: Will There Be an Indexation?
Pension indexation in Ukraine is slated for March 2025, with an anticipated increase of between 10% to 17%. However, this increase applies only to the base pension amount, excluding additional bonuses.
Key Points to Note
- Pensioners who have recently approved their pensions will not receive a recalculation, as their payments are already up-to-date.
- After indexation, the minimum and maximum supplementary payment amounts will be 100 and 1,500 UAH, respectively.
