Honor X9e s Launches with 8.560 mAh Battery, 80W Charging in Middle East
Honor X9e s, a mid-range smartphone, debuted in the Middle East with a 8.560 mAh battery and 80W fast charging, according to Harapan Rakyat. The device’s battery capacity outpaces the 7.700 mAh in the similar Honor X8e 4G, which Kompas reported could sustain 27 hours of video streaming. Honor’s 80W charging, however, surpasses the X8e 4G’s 45W SuperCharge, as noted by Pontianak Post.
Battery Capacity vs. Competitors: A Mid-Range Edge
The X9e s’s 8.560 mAh battery is among the largest in its price segment, rivaling the 8.100 mAh in the Honor X7e Plus 4G, as Batamnews highlighted. While the X8e 4G’s 7.700 mAh was marketed for “extreme” conditions, including temperatures from -30°C to 50°C, Kompas noted its 6-year battery longevity claim. The X8e 4G also boasts IP69K water resistance, Batamnews reported, and mampu bertahan saat terjatuh dari ketinggian hingga 2,5 meter dalam kondisi pengujian laboratorium
, per Kompas. Honor X8e 4G memiliki rating IP68 (tahan debu dan rendaman air), IP69 (tahan semburan air bertekanan tinggi), dan IP69K (tahan semburan air panas bertekanan tinggi)
, added Batamnews.
Display and Performance: AMOLED 120Hz Meets Snapdragon 6 Gen 4
Honor X9e s features a 6.79-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1.800 nits peak brightness, per Harapan Rakyat. This aligns with the X8e 4G’s 6.87-inch TFT LCD (1.020 nits) but lacks the latter’s IP69K water resistance, Batamnews reported. Under the hood, the X9e s uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, while the X8e 4G runs on Snapdragon 685, as Kompas detailed. Both chips support 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Sektor performa mengandalkan chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4
, said Harapan Rakyat, while Kompas noted the X8e 4G’s GPU Adreno 610 and RAM Turbo technology.
X9e S Uses 50MP Main Camera and MagicOS 10
The X9e s includes a 50MP main camera and 5MP ultrawide lens, matching the X8e 4G’s 108MP primary sensor but with fewer megapixels. Batamnews noted the X8e 4G’s AI Image to Video 2.0 feature, which the X9e s lacks. Both devices run Honor’s MagicOS 10, based on Android 16, though Kompas mentioned the X8e 4G’s AI-specific hardware, such as a dedicated button for quick access. The X9e s’s 8.560 mAh battery is larger than the X8e 4G’s 7.700 mAh, but the latter’s IP69K rating offers better water resistance. Honor’s strategy of using similar models for different regions, as seen with the X7e Plus 4G and X8e 4G, is a recurring tactic, Batamnews explained. Kedua ponsel memiliki ketebalan sama, 8,3mm, dan bobot 218g, added Batamnews. Honor X9e s menawarkan kombinasi baterai jumbo 8.560 mAh, layar AMOLED 120Hz, serta chipset Snapdragon 6 Gen 4
