iPhone Duo Deal Cuts $480 Off Premium Foldable Phone Through Visible
Visible by Verizon is offering a $480 discount on the iPhone Duo when paired with its Visible+ Pro plan, according to Tom’s Guide. The deal allows customers to receive monthly credits over 24 months, effectively reducing the phone’s $1,999 price tag. VICE reported that the plan provides access to Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband network and 4K streaming capabilities.
Visible+ Pro Plan Details and Savings Breakdown
The Visible+ Pro plan costs $45/month and includes unlimited premium data on Verizon’s 5G network, 4K streaming, and a smartwatch data plan. VICE noted that subscribers receive $20 monthly credits, totaling $480 in savings over two years. Tom’s Guide highlighted that the plan includes roaming in Mexico and Canada with unlimited data and calling to 85 countries.
iPhone Duo Features A20 Pro Chipset and Folding Screens
The iPhone Duo features a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR display and a 5.4-inch outer screen, along with Apple’s A20 Pro chipset and 12GB of RAM. Tom’s Guide Global Editor-in-Chief Mark Spoonauer praised the device’s software, which adapts to folding positions. For example, Netflix controls appear at the bottom when the phone is half-open, while video plays at the top.
Visible+ Pro Plan Offers Global Data and 5G Access
Visible subscribers gain access to Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband network, covering 99% of the U.S. population. The Visible+ Pro plan includes two free Global Pass days each month, offering high-speed data in 140 countries. The plan also allows 15 Mbps hotspot speeds on 5G, three times faster than standard Visible plans.
Availability and Consumer Demand
Tom’s Guide noted that the iPhone Duo is “hard to come by,” urging customers to act quickly on the deal. The $480 discount is tied to a 24-month commitment to the Visible+ Pro plan, with no hidden fees.
iPhone Duo Software Adapts to Device Position
The iPhone Duo’s software adjusts controls based on the device’s position, a feature described as “intuitive” by Tom’s Guide. Visible’s 5G network coverage rivals that of Verizon’s premium plans, despite lower pricing.
Pro Tips
Consumers should compare the Visible+ Pro plan’s 4K streaming and 5G benefits against other carriers’ offerings. The $480 discount may be less appealing for users who prefer upfront payment over monthly credits.
