Twelve Top TNI Generals Set for Retirement in December 2024 Mutasi
JAKARTA – Panglima TNI Jenderal Agus Subiyanto has initiated a significant leadership transition by mutating 12 Brigjen TNI, or one-star generals, into Pati Mabes TNI AD, signaling their upcoming retirement. This move, part of an extensive reshuffle affecting 300 high-ranking military officers (Pati TNI), is set to take effect in early December 2024.
The decision was formalized in Panglima TNI’s decree number Kep/1545/XII/2024, dated December 6, 2024. Here are the 12 brigadier generals who are set to step down from their active duty roles:
1. Brigjen TNI Ruslan Effendy
- Previous Role: Pa Sahli Tk II Kumham and Narkoba Sahli Bid Sosbudkum HAM and Narkoba Panglima TNI
- New Role: Pati Mabes TNI AD in preparation for retirement
2. Brigjen TNI Denih Dahtiar
- Previous Role: Director of the BNPP (Basarnas) Communication System
- New Role: Pati Mabes TNI AD in preparation for retirement
3. Brigjen TNI Frans Dicky Tamara
- Previous Role: Assistant Chief of Staff for General Services (Karorenku) at the Ministry of Defense (Kemhan)
- New Role: Pati Mabes TNI AD in preparation for retirement
4. Brigjen TNI Yotanabey AM
- Previous Role: Chief of Staff (Kakordos) at the Indonesian Defense University (Sesko TNI)
