Additionally, sales of beverages in glass bottles, boxes, or plastic containers are prohibited.
Strasbourg, France: Alcohol Ban and Curfew for Minors
In Strasbourg, alcohol sales and consumption on public streets are banned from 12 PM on New Year’s Eve until 12 PM on January 1st. Moreover, a curfew is enforced for anyone under 16 years old who is not accompanied by an adult between 10 PM on New Year’s Eve and 6 AM on January 1st.
Lyon, France: Alcohol and Fireworks Ban
Lyon is also implementing an alcohol ban on public streets between 6 AM on December 30th and 6 AM on January 3rd. Notably, the sale, possession, and storage of fireworks are also prohibited during this period.
