Latest reports indicate significant movements by Russian forces in southeastern Ukraine and around Pogonovo in the Kursk region. According to information from the Ukrainian military public channel Deep State, Russian troops have advanced towards the southwest of Pokrovsk, west of Kurakhovo, and south of Toretsk.
"Russian units have made gains near Pokrovsk, south of Novoelizavetovka and Novovasilyevka, west of Kurakhovo (in Shevchenko), east of Mirnograd along the highway, and in Toretsk, as well as to the south of these areas," writes the news outlet Strana.
In a separate development, Russian forces have pushed forward in the Pogonovo area on the northern flank of the Ukrainian military’s position in Kursk.
